My first action as a real estate professional was in the investing world. After acquiring several properties, I realized that not only did I truly enjoy it, if I was to obtain my license I could have the resources of a brokerage, improving my own investing.

Residential services came naturally. When speaking with someone you mention you are an agent the conversation invariably switches to real estate and asks about the value of their home, that their sister wants to move, or that friend at work is thinking or buying a duplex. In other words, the whole world is a prospect!
