Mr. Gray is an entrepreneur and investor in the Albany, NY regional marketplace. He currently has three lines of business: as a telecommunications analyst and systems designer, operating his telecom business under the name of PAG Services, Inc., in business since 1985; he is a licensed associate real estate broker with Keller Williams Platform in Latham, NY, and he owns and operates multi-family income properties throughout the Capital Region.

 

Mr. Gray has extensive managerial, technical and creative experience.  His resume includes the design and management of wide area telecom projects including a 600+ seat voice over IP (VoIP) system for a municipal organization, the design and installation of a 23-location wide area network for a regional distribution company, and the implementation of a telephony accounting system for a healthcare organization with 63 locations. He founded, developed and successfully sold ELDS, Inc., a tariffed telecommunications company offering local and long distance services. In his real estate business he has conceived and organized investment offerings for multiunit housing as well as the simultaneous management of 40+ income units in 13 properties.

 

Mr. Gray’s volunteer activities span the civic, business and social worlds.  He is the past Chairman and Executive Director of the Colonie Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Empire Business Network and past president of the Capital Area Telecommunications Association. He is the past president of the Wintergreen Club, in Windham, NY, and former treasurer of the Colonie Republican Committee.  He is a retired member of Board 36 of the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials (IAABO) and a former Little League baseball coach and manager.  

 

Mr. Gray is an avid sports enthusiast, golfer, autocross racer and Mets fan.  A graduate of Stonehill College, Easton, MA, he is a student of military history and a voracious reader.  Mr. Gray has two adult children and lives with his wife of 42 years, Karen, in Newtonville, NY.
